Show/Sales/Babies Update

Well, not much to report here other than trying to survive the cold temps, cold/flu season and holding fingers crossed that the does recently bred took. I did check out my litter of bucks while I took some pictures this morning. I'm going to wait one more week before making my final decision as they are all very closely matched and this will be a tough one. I will be offering 2 of them for sale. I'm asking $75 ea with pedigree or $35 without.

I have also decided to offer their parents for sale. I feel blessed and cursed to have a small rabbitry. I wish I could have as many as I want, but I have the reality check to ensure I have quality animals and the small number allows me the time and energy to care for them well.
For this reason, I have decided to offer this litter's parents for sale, only because I am keeping several of their offspring from different litters.
Reg. Countryside Jasper -proven Sr REW buck- 1 leg -$150.00
Reg. Silvertone Eclipse- proven Sr black doe- $200.00
I would be willing to sell the pair for $300. Their pictures can be viewed on my website
I will be attending PA Convention Feb 7 and 8. I will only bring sale rabbits if I know someone would like to look at them. I will not be bringing the babies-unfortunately they will be just short of 8 weeks and although they'll be fully weaned-they're too young. I am willing to drive part ways to meet someone. The next show I plan on attending after that would be in Fulton, NY March 28th.
Hopefully I'll have new litters in about a month

Babies and Rochester Show

First I need to say that I had an awesome time at the Rochester Show. Liberty Junction Phoebe placed 2nd out of 9 to Linda Cassella's doe in the colored sr class. I was pretty happy with that. Liberty Junction Kellar recieved BOSV again to Linda's doe- I was happy to recieve a leg as there were I beleive 6 open exhibitors and 2 youth! An incredible turnout. Liberty Junction Charity made her debute as a Jr. Although she was too young to really be competitive, she recieved some wonderful comments from the judges. I could have sworn I took more pictures, but I guess there was too many distratcions for me..........

I couldn't resist taking a picture of this character on the show table. Pictures just never seem to do justice to these animals, but this one was such a little clown with a very inquisitive personality that just stood out to me.

And last but never least, I updated pictures of my newest litter that's now a day short of 4 wks. Oh how the time flies! I believe I have 1 REW and 1 black doe and 1 black buck. I will be announcing quality and availablity at about 7 wks. I have one person on my waiting list. If you're interested please e-mail me at ljangoras@aol.com.
